I have been working at SenSpa part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I had this job during my last year of college and it was perfect for my scheduling needs as I needed flexibility at times. Kelly is an amazing manager and the place would fall apart without her! She is always eager to listen to suggestions you may have, answer any questions, or help you challenge yourself with projects. The people who work there are also just amazing as I have made some very close friends. There are also incentives for those who sell the most during that month, quarterly benefits, great holiday parties, and amazing discounts on treatments/products. It is a fairly easy job as long as your willing to learn and do what it takes to make the clients happy.

    Cons

Must work most weekends and occasional closing shifts. Sometimes clients can be difficult.

    Advice to Management

Continue to do incentives for employees and create more options so there is always something to work towards.
