    Pros

They really care about their employees and their success.

    Cons

National companies cannot do business with locally owned business, even if the service is better they would rather have a "national" vendor.

    Pros

People are nice. HR Rep is a great guy! You'll find that people love working there because it's a great family company with a good product. Room for advancement if you work hard.

    Cons

Sales manager micromanages. She only wants you to work her way or it's the highway. Not a trustworthy environment to work in. As a manager, she has no idea what she's doing in delegation tasks. Benefits and pay is low.

    Advice to Management

Hire a new sales manager, someone who actually cares about their employees. Someone who doesn't lie. Someone who people like working for... look how many people are hired and quit because of her.
