Pros

International automotive clients. International (mostly in Germany) renowned agency.

Cons

No respect for the employees. Everybody (not the management of course) is being underpaid at least by AED 3000. Management has no idea what they are doing or how to make this agency grow. They only think about their own salaries and bonuses, but you won't see any of them after 6 pm. There is no career path. Also is very hard to get a promotion and lets not even talk about a salary raise. (For that you have to be a close friend of the management) The yearly Bonus that is in your contract it happens only every 3 or 4 years if you are lucky. No team spirit and no idea of what creativity means. Faster and cheaper are the two main words.

Pros

Nice office (not anymore due to budget cuts) Diverse teams

Cons

Backstabbing among colleagues Doing overtime was the norm (but that could be a Chinese culture specific thing) Relating to the previous point - people would come in super late, at a random time. Impossible to plan work like this! And if the work would stand behind them, others were expected to stay just as long. Junior employees, mostly locals, were hired as a cheap and exchangeable force. Foreigners would get hired under very dodgy contracts & the management would pretend there is no problem with their visas, insurance etc. Generally, end of 2017 felt very hostile for employees from the management side. Strong reliance on one or two clients and the rest would get little to no support of attention - an agency cannot survive with such a small client portfolio!
