Pros

Average to decent pay, nothing to write home about. Strong compliance & regulatory focus. There are very capable, collaborative and friendly colleagues throughout the company. Great exposure to the pharmaceutical & medical device industry. Gained some great experience interacting with top pharmaceutical companies.

Cons

Workload intensity can be persistent. Resource planning does not always match operational and quality demands. Balance varies significantly by job function. Pay and benefits are just average. Yearly goals surpass expectations of the job responsibilities and can lead to burn out.
