the other CDL drivers that train you are very good and nice people all around.

this job will have you divorce family friends and wife with the hours you have to work here, not to mention you'll start super late and work all night long. like 9 p.m until 9 a.m and also the schedule is horrible you get 2 days off a week but never a weekend so if you have a family or parents that are still around or people you hang out with on the weekends forget about them and give that all away theres no rotating schedule you have a set 2 days off a week and its in the middle of the week. everything is the drivers fault and they will make you pay far up the butt for each one of them even if you are brand new to the company you put a pallet in the wrong area your gonna be charged for it for the total cost of the pallet you forget to put fuel in the TK on the trailer they will charge you like 600 for that, any damages at all they will doc your pay and expect you to be ok with that. like telling a kid before they play a sport if you ever get hurt that youll feel it the rest of your life and its gonna hurt and put the fear in before anything even happens there should be a couple of chances before resorting to making someone pay for stuff
