Pros
- The company is growing like crazy. They're expanding and bringing in efficiencies. - I have personally seen people get promoted to other jobs and other departments while I've been here, so I know there are opportunities for growth and promotion. - I love the open door way that everyone, even the managers work. Even the CEO keeps his door open almost all of the time and is always welcoming to talk. - Love my coworkers!
Cons
- There's a lot to be done, so truthfully if you expect to just fly under the radar, this isn't for you. - Some people bring their drama to work which wastes management's time on ridiculous things.

Pros
The company is growing so there are plenty of opportunities for hard working employees to learn and grow! Lots of promotion from within! Management listens and will make changes when things don't make sense.
Cons
If you don't want to work hard or you don't adapt to change well this might not be a good fit for you, but I love it!
