    Negative Outlook

I worked at Shook Mobile Technology full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some of the things you build a kinda cool.

    Cons

Horribly managed, constantly running out of material. Have no clue how to efficiently build vehicles. No standard for how things are built, given wrong information on what is required.

    Advice to Management

Get a clue how to build efficiently, the first time, not constantly redoing work.

    Pros

Small company that has little competition in the market of mobile Communication vehicles. Deversified in various areas of civilian, corporate, Government and military

    Cons

Poor Management and Company structure-very inflexible and poor management of resources and capital. Not competitive in pay and benefits. Little thought is given to sales, production and materials

    Advice to Management

Must be more flexible and open to ideas. Must standardize and have fixed BOM's in place. Should bring in partner(s) with capital
