Used to be a decent and good company to work for.
Cons
The move to Preston to combine CWH and Sigma was done zero respect to current Sigma workers and was a clear attempt to make people jump ship. The Preston office people are crammed in like sardines, oh btw you want parking? you have to turn up at 7am in the morning or else you have to park in residential parking in a busy inner suburb.
