I have been working at Signature HealthCARE full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

My immediate supervisor is fair, well-educated, good team player, and let's you know you've done a good job.

    Cons

Hard to get respect and cooperation from other employees when extra staff is needed, unrealistic expectations for workload, feel like a babysitter, having to do other people's job when they do what's expected.

    Advice to Management

Up rate of pay to help retain and appreciate staff, get a better role model for employees, improve morale by doing things to let staff know they are valued.

I have been working at Signature HealthCARE full-time for more than a year

      Pros

There are no pro's with this company. Run as fast as you can and for god sakes don't send your loved ones there for care. The CEO cares nothing for the patients and they take patients that have complex medical conditions that the staff cannot handle.

      Cons

Management out of touch with reality. Suggestions for improvement are ignored and dismissed. The company is cutthroat and does not care about the employees. Understaffed and poor care given to residents. Chapel Hill facility has a 1-star rating and it is well deserved.

      Advice to Management

Close the Chapel Hill facility before they totally ruin any positive reputation the company has left.

I have been working at Signature HealthCARE full-time for more than 2 years

      Pros

Floor staff works well as a team

      Cons

Aids usually have 15 to 17 residents per shift

      Advice to Management

Get a grip, this causes issues such as breakdown and bedspread. Residents are not given the time of day by management unless they threaten to call state over an issue and many can not speak up for themselves if staff speaks up they are ignored or dismissed.
