You WILL be participating in unethical, immoral activities each and everyday you walk in the door.
You WILL see and/or discover proof of crimes and not know it at the time but later in retrospect be like, "ohhhhhh! I see what they were doing." But it'll be too late and the distress of even thinking about the time when you used to work at Signazon.com will so great... you'll likely do nothing. (You should come back here and post a warning to others... that's the least you can do... to do SOMETHING to shut that place down. Why? Because unfortunately it's not illegal in the United States or Texas to be a bad person, have questionable morals, be horrible, abusive or greedy. So, these two owners learn to improve their ability to evade accountability, responsibility and prison for what they have, are and will do to you, customers and the community. So, turn a little bit of what will be a negative life experience into a little bit of a positive and help make the future a better, safer more healthy time to work & live by doing what you can to shut Signazon.com down by the only means likely to work... make it impossible for them to deceive anyone who considers working for them.
They do not allow you to use email. They have a private message system they use to spy on your every move, email, message, call. Everything.
Fearing for your life, personal safety from physical violence. To this day I occasionally think about the time in the first year I was with SIgnazon.com... the staff was quiting so fast I was asked to take serious custimer complaints... which is NOT part of my job or why I was hired. A very angry customer threatened me directly during a final followup call regarding a order refund claim. Among many other colorful words the customer said, "I can't wait until you are murdered... for what we were doing with the refund request he filed. One of the owners who was also the head of accounting eventually instructed me to deny the claim only after pretending to be a manager to avoid speaking with the repeat customer (who was a business owner himself) directly and putting him off for weeks. She refused to do the right thing by correcting the order, or granting a refund for the order Signazon.com was at fault for screwing up to the tune of over $2,000+ USD. I was in shock. No one every did anything or addressed even after informing both the owners, sending them a written account, speaking to them in person and even sending a recording of the call where the customer threatened my life. Remember, the biggest con isn't the fact that every call is recorded... or that it is not for your benefit or protection... the biggest cons are the two owners of Signazon.com. All jokes aside... to this day, the voice makes my heart skip a beat. Chilling. Truly Frightening.
