Pros
Good pay, cool environment if you like pizza

Pros
Growing and developing work environment where everyone on staff was friendly. People complain about leadership, but I always found them approachable and eager to teach and share
Cons
Every so often you would wake up and something would be completely different in the software that we used without any notice whatsoever.

Pros
I'm fairly new here, but my experience at Signazon.com has been amazing. The company is growing so quickly and so many exciting things are happening. Within a very short amount of time I found myself in the middle of huge projects. They recognize and appreciate talent here. I'm finding this to be a great place to grow personally and really exercise my skills. Signazon is a place where you can push to do edgy, modern work - which is something their competitor's aren't doing. For that reason I believe Signazon will quickly become a leader in the industry. The work I do here honestly and truly brings me great professional satisfaction. The work culture is perfect for the young and/or the young at heart. It's a relaxed, fun environment as long as you bring the passion and the skills to help push the company forward. My coworkers and superiors are genuinely enjoyable human beings. I can both have a laugh with and respect my boss. All in all, this company is exactly what I was looking for and I've really appreciated the opportunity to work and grow here.
Cons
The rapid growth means there are some workflow and organizational issues to iron out, but the positive to that is that this is a company where your voice can be heard and you have the opportunity to shape how things operate. You just have to be passionate about what you do and fight your battles because you genuinely care. If you're just showing up to get a paycheck, then this is probably not an ideal company for you.

Pros
Working at Signazon.com is not for the faint of heart. If you are passionate, driven, tenacious, and good at multi-tasking, you'll thrive here. What's great about working at Signazon is that you're in a company that's growing almost non-stop, and it's very exciting to be a direct contributor to that growth. Everyone who works at Signazon shares the same mentality. You'll be surrounded by people who truly care about you like a family would. In addition, the core management team are some of the best mentors and leaders I've ever encountered.
Cons
Because the environment is so fast-paced, priorities and work responsibilities change often. This can get a bit confusing or frustrating at times, so always be open to change and willing to learn new things to ensure you will succeed. In addition, as a fairly young company, there are still some kinks and logistical hurdles to work through in terms of structure, HR-related issues, etc., but nothing that won't be worked out over time.

Pros
As a returning employee, I'm incredibly impressed with the way the new management team has started to shift the company back to the Signazon that I loved to work for when I was first hired. There is definitely a rebirth of appreciation for not only the customers, but the employees as well. It makes a huge difference when you feel appreciated in the workplace, and I can honestly say that I feel appreciated every day I come to work. There's something to be said about feeling like a "Signafamily" and working as a team rather than the unspoken divide that was so prevalent when I left the company before.
Cons
This is definitely a high tech-based company. Having a high learning curve helps a lot in this industry, as well as thick skin to deal with customer complaints (however, this is not the company's fault, as dealing with business owners and customers in any capacity can be a bit frustrating at times.) Embracing change is one if the biggest obstacles here; once you are comfortable with a system, it is likely going to change in some way.

Pros
- Fast paced- there is never a dull moment, this is not a company for those who want to waste time at work - Opportunity to learn hands on, truly unique experience offered- Signazon offers the opportunity to join a team of independent thinking, driven, and hardworking individuals focused on helping it reach the full potential it has! - Growth- this company is growing extremely fast For entrepreneur minded individuals, this is a great place to start a career to learn and develop skills in sales, customer service, operations and traffic management, and leadership potential.
Cons
There are still many areas for improvement that are often associated with a young company looking to grow rapidly. Jumping straight in can be a challenge for some, but if you are willing to work hard and be focused on learning every day, this can be overcome easily. Learning on the fly and multitasking are skills needed to succeed here.

Pros
Nothing was good about this company
Cons
Poor Management. Micromanagement. Lack of Communication & Appreciation for their employees. Toxic Work Environment

Pros
surrounded by smart and talented people; some of the most skilled technologists I've seen are at this company. The company appears to be growing very quickly, which created a fast-paced and fun environment. I learned a lot about the internet and print in general and was able to be involved with some big company-wide initiatives.
Cons
Fast growth means that everyone is expected to jump right in. You have to be ready to work hard right out of the gate. I don't think this is really a bad thing, but they move fast due to the growth. New people need to be entrepreneurial, focused and self-directed to succeed here.
