      The owner is constantly making it out to be like everyone who works there is ungrateful if they are not constantly praising what a good place to work Signify is. He is petty and encourages managers to micromanage the rest of the employees. You only get wellness days off if the company breaks a record which results in pressure from employees. The environment is extremely cutthroat, and people are constantly being fired or quitting. Employees are on edge for fear of being fired. VERY few employees make it past the year mark. The owner thinks bad retention rates are normal, so he doesn’t do much to fix this. There is a big emphasis on physical appearance, and employees are encouraged to workout/ eat healthy. I would normally consider this a good thing, but it seems to stem from a place of vanity here. The owner and his die hard employees are constantly calling internal recruiters lazy and stupid. The base pay is very low, and the commission structure isn’t properly explained in the interview process. Many employees are unable to explain how it works. They are always saying you can get rich working there, but very few employees are able to get there.

And finally, for roles that are eligible to earn commissions, we provide a written commission agreement outlining all terms regarding our commission structure and are always happy to respond to any questions you may have.

      Some cool people work there and that’s the only reason I stayed as long as I did. Lunch clubs

      Like a previous employee mentioned, the ceo runs the company like a dictator. He will humiliate you, talks behind his employees back to ALL his employees, has favorites, and doesn’t pay a very liveable wage. You will only make money here if you absolutely kill it on commission, which is hard given the uncertainty of the market. The ceo also talks poorly about internal recruiters and calls them lazy, which is ironic because his company would make $0 without partnering with them and having them pay his business. He expects his employees to constantly post on LinkedIn about benefits and other company things. It’s extremely robotic and if you don’t fit the company “brand” good luck enjoying your time here. If you aren’t as obsessed with this agency as he is, you don’t want to be a part of the “culture”. I seriously don’t recommend working here.

      Pros

      Incentive trips, work for an ambitious CEO who cares for his employees. Work in an environment that works hard and play hard. The commission structure is amazing!

      Cons

      Everyone competes from the same pool of talent. Creates a hostile environment. It can be loud when working because everyone is on the phone in the same areas.
