      Good working environment and great people in CA.

      Cons

      Rivalry between offices in Toronto and CA. Management expect miracles at times when not understanding work involved.

      Pros

      -Very casual, very flexible work environment -For the most part, coworkers and management are kind and understanding -Stable company (before COVID at least - global pandemic's not a great time to be in the theme park industry) -Good benefits - health/dental/vision insurance is reasonably priced and plans are good; 401k match is just OK but not bad for a smaller company -A fun industry to be in

      Cons

      -Very little mobility within company -Raises are rare, promotions even rarer -Salaries are on the lower end for the area -All information is on a need-to-know basis; I often found out about new projects via a google alert I set for the company -Nepotism in upper management stifles creativity & company growth

      - Smaller company; fairly easy to work with team members from other offices - Many long time employees; shows stability and comfort - Opportunity to work one-on-one with manager(s) as well as in small groups - Room for WFH - Travel - Good benefits including dental, vision and 401k

      - Smaller company with many long time employees; shows comfort - Little to no chance of promotion for lower-level employees - Nepotism
