Hi! Thank you for taking the time to write a review for us. Great to hear so many positive things about Smart and the people that work here. We do have some growing pains (that will always happen within scale-up businesses) but we are working hard to keep these to a minimum and one of those is to align our benefits more closely over the next 12 months. Made lasting relationships and the coffee machine was wonderful. Enjoyed the remote/hybrid culture.

Cons

Company was late to market. The CEO was puppet for the consulting firm that was assisting us.
