      Great People to work with, Good location, relaxed work environment, coworkers are helpful, office location has parking, the work i do is interesting.

      Cons

      Salary is way below the average salary, benefits are not very competitive, the company is not organized very well, there are not enough people to properly cover the workload

      - Not micromanaged - Freedom to suggest strategic ideas - Fast paced...no room to drop the ball - Exciting to help be a part of growing a company that is solving so many industry pains for the built environment

      - We are learning to go from being a startup mentality into a scalable company, Is this really a con? No...everyone goes through it. - Internal communication could be better between departments
