CEO is sexist, no room for growth (company is very small and run by said CEO), office is stale. You are expected to mail and Fed Ex tickets after your shift because the CEO will not hire courier service (too expensive!) I did this nightly when I worked at Smarttix, but when a male co-worker who typically worked days had to assume the responsibility for a night, the CEO put cash money in his hand to compensate him for the inconvenience. I guess it didn't matter that I did it every shift without incident.
