Pros
-Not too big, executives very accessible -Exciting industry/product -GREAT people, like a family. I honestly have fun and enjoy coming to work. -Flexible hours as long as you get your work done -No micro-managing, there's an organizational hierarchy but it feels very horizontal
Cons
-Very challenging, must be a self-starter -Health insurance coverage has gotten better, but not the greatest -Challenges with growing pains, operational changes are frequent and difficult to keep up with
