Hardworking people are compensated, if there’s any downtime then use that as an opportunity to think outside the box!
Lots of team outings and team lunches are provided to help everyone stay close knit “as a family”.
CEO is very friendly, with an open-door policy. Very busy at times but will invite you to coffee or lunch if you need to talk about any issues.

Can be a little slow at times, but when sales pick up there's a ton to do.
