Pros

- In the past, the company offered strong employee development and a supportive atmosphere with a lot of support, benefits and training - People used to feel appreciated and valued - Some experienced employees are still part of the organization

Cons

- Employees are now treated as replaceable resources - Training opportunities have largely disappeared, and benefits are being reduced - Lack of transparency: employees are quietly let go when projects end, despite claims of stable employment - No job security: projects are ending and there are few new opportunities Financial situation appears unstable internally - Office relocation to a shopping mall has negatively impacted professionalism and work environment - Poor workplace culture: conflicts, internal reporting on colleagues, and toxic behaviors - Cases of employees being pushed out under pressure, without respectful treatment - Company values (e.g., respect) exist mostly as marketing and are not reflected in reality - Organizational chaos and internal conflicts slow down project progress - Questionable spending decisions instead of addressing core issues - Informal power structures: certain individuals appear to have disproportionate influence over decisions - Situations where employees are dismissed without the opportunity to properly say goodbye - Some employees focus more on self-promotion than actual work - Long-term employees are not treated with fairness or loyalty despite years of contribution - Financial situation appears to be much worse than in official documents

Pros

- They pay you the hour ($50) for the Technical Interview (not sure if it's still a perk). - Good salary. - Nice work/life balance. - Opportunities to grow and perform side hustles (Team Leadership roles, Participe in hiring processes and interviews, etc).

Cons

Nothing to complain about. All good.
