Small Company With Close-Knit Work Culture
Pros
With such a small company the work culture is very close-knit and has family-like atmosphere. The office fridge is stocked with snacks/drinks. Lunch is on the owners tab on Fridays. Working in such a small team really allows you to wear many hats, pick up new skill sets and really make a direct impact on the companies bottom line. The owner has an open door policy and really embraces input from his employees.
Cons
The only con with the job was the benefits package. Unfortunately, it is something that wasn't offered during my time there. So this company may not be a good fit if you're unable to get insurance benefits from a spouse. The reason I left was because I was recruited by another company that did have health insurance as part of their benefits package.
