Since my first day working for this company (a little over a year ago) I've felt like I was welcomed into a family. They do an extraordinary job of ensuring you always feel appreciated. The company does things like buying everyone lunch on Fridays and eating together, company outings with our families, birthday cards with personalized gifts, and a constantly stocked snack shelf for everyone.
As a small but busy business everyone helps out to make sure no one has to stay late or work from home. The CEO and his wife are always good to make sure employees are happy and comfortable in their work environment. Having satisfied employees helps to be excited to go to work and better assist customers.
A company that is always true and honest with its customers and employees is a rare find.
Cons
Just like the majority of small businesses, it can get pretty busy causing a lot of stress to get everything done in a timely matter for customers. Employees tend to wear a variety of different hats which can widen the work load a bit.
The company comes together as a team at times like this to make sure no one is being weighed down. This would be a lot more of a con if it weren't for everyone always offering assistance during busier times.
I have been working here for 7 years and have grown together with the business. The company has always put a lot of effort into making sure its people are both well trained and compensated for the work they put out. Working with the company comes with many great perks such as Quarter Bonuses/Free Lunch on Fridays/company outings/paid time off/ and much more. If you are looking to get a start in a business that will challenge you to think outside the box and keep things exciting, then this is the place for you.
Cons
Changes to the way things work tend to happen frequently; however, this is common as a company grows.
Company can get very busy at times and you will be challenged to work on things as a team to complete the daily tasks.
