      Cons

      Some supervisors lack skills in reviewing overall team members current results with specific programs. I have seen people sleeping on the job, displaying signs of contempt with other coworkers, and noticeable behaviors that would be of concern. They said a pay bump is coming but did not share exactly when

      Pros

      - The staff were very involved and engaged with the work when I worked there. - There was a great community feel to the work where personnel tried their best to support each other and create a space that was stimulating. - Pay and benefits were very transparent. - Leadership typically made themselves accessible and were engaged as well as responsive when reached out to.

      Cons

      - It's a very political space because a core belief is that the personal is political. This ended up being overwhelming for some so I'd recommend developing and practicing strong boundaries around capacity and involvement.
