HR takes years to make changes to a broken system. Wages are not competitive. Techs are making $21-$25. My new role is at $38.50 and it’s an entry level role but they know the market. Coordinators and people in commissioning make $31.25. It’s not enough for those roles trust me. The company stresses you out and overworks you but complains if you have overtime. It’s a 2 way street here.
