Pros
Dedicated, talented staff with great team ethic. Subsidised meals and coffees, excellent D&I efforts, onsite gym, weekly onsite bar, free games, staff sales, discretionary annual bonus and pay increase, great central location, flexible hybrid working, and generally a very cheery, positive place to work.
Cons
Progression/promotion opportunities are non existent unless you move horizontally to another team. Tools and systems are surprisingly clunky, out of date and often broken, making simple day to day tasks a true pain.
