      Lowest wages in the industry, management cares more about buying a new car than providing employees with a living wage, lack of diversity among employees, management plays favorites with a handful of people.

      Pros

      Every day is a new adventure, you never know what new client or job we will work with! Supportive ownership where every person who works here is treated like family. Very flexible with scheduling around family events and issues. Sound Image is the best in the business for a reason-employees who work hard and management who encourage all of us!

      My commute is longer than I would like.
