Pros
Sourceful is a great place to work - it is the first time that I have worked for a company with so many driven and impactful people, who are also empathetic at their core, all the way from leadership down to the sole individual contributors. Sourceful's mission is also a really positive and worthy mission, and the company lives it both from an environmentally sustainable perspective, and from a people perspective internally. The company also offers a lot of flexibility with a remote-first, hybrid-second work environment, which makes people feel trusted and happy to come to work and perform at their best.
Cons
Some of the benefits can be better (more vacation days, or learning budget), but at a company so young it makes sense that it takes a while to roll those out across the organization - it seems that Sourceful is headed in that direction.
