      You will learn quickly what kind of work environment you do not want. some free snacks once in a while.

      Cons

      In my experience: This is the most unstable studio environment I’ve ever witnessed in my career. Turnover is fast & constant: many people last only few weeks. Leadership sets a combative tone, and conflict feels routine rather than unexpected from the higherups. The result is a tense, exhausting workplace where creative work takes a back seat to managing chaos. Decisions feel designed to protect leadership rather than support the people doing the work.

      Pros

      They really try hard to have a great office culture for employees. Healthy snacks and drinks in the kitchen, seasonal celebrations, regular special snacks, or freebies for employees.

      Cons

      No complaints. There was a lot of turnover while I was there, but the reasons why weren't evident.
