    Pros

    Treated as family. Good benefits.

    Cons

Lots of standing. Low management pay.

    Advice to Management

Stripes was more than I expected to work for. The benefits and staff made the job enjoyable, but the pay was not high enough to keep long term as a manager. It's an amazing job for someone without a degree.

I worked at Stripes (Less than a year)

    Pros

They pay you. Easy job for a college student.

    Cons

It runs as a fascist organization. Every corporate worker has absolutely no care for store workers and run on a fear based management.

    Advice to Management

    Stop dehumanizing employees

I worked at Stripes part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You get to build you customer sercvice skills

    Cons

You have to be willing to work flexible time... you can work graveyard amd they want you back at 2:00pm ..... the schedule is always like that

    Advice to Management

They need to hire Managers who will do their job efficiently. Sometimes they always forget to buy the merchandise most needed. Hire better employees amd fire the ones who don’t do their job.

I worked at Stripes full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Pay and benefits. I loved my job

    Cons

Like being in high school management picks who they like and treat others like work horses. Always short staffed because the people the managers like get away with coming in late and not pulling there weight to help with daily tasks, so New employees don’t stay long. The people the managers like also bully other employees and managers do nothing about it. Managers do not appreciate the hard working employees.

    Advice to Management

When employees are being bullied do something about it right away and praise your hard workers
