Pros
- Great company culture, everyone is friendly, works hard and collaborates towards the same goals
- It has so much potential for growth
- Flexible work schedule: everyone puts in the hours, but if need be there's always the option to work from home, or come in late/leave early and then make up for the hours
- Modern workplace environment at a WeWork space (I'm based in their Durham, NC offices)

- Difficult industry to enter if you're coming from a non-tech background, but it's doable (I had 0 experience with tech coming into this job)
