If you're looking for a company that runs like a family, delivers excellent results and stands behind their word - this is the company to work for. I highly recommend! I am a newer employee and coming from a very big corporate construction company where you felt that you were just an employee number, training was subpar and if they found time to get you onboarded - you were lucky. Structure Projects is a breath of fresh air and a completely different experience that I've ever had. I feel blessed to have been given the opportunity to work for this company. At StructSure Projects - they have prepared for you in every step of the way - From onboarding with IT and computer training, HR/paperwork/introductions, to the most amazing corporate trainer who is kind, patient and encouraging this company is a well oiled machine. The leadership here is what sets this company apart from others. The owner is truly a stand-up, genuine guy who not only values quality work but also truly appreciates his employees and it shows in the way the team operates. Everyone treats others with respect and that positive energy carries over into the work they deliver.

This company is a unicorn in the market. Having worked at other construction companies, there aren't any in Kansas City that takes care of its employees to the level this company does. Everyone is pulling in the same direction to make the company successful which creates a positive environment where teamwork is rewarded. Pay, benefits, and company activities are A+.
