Pros

It’s been a great experience overall. I design graphics for blog articles and build the final pages in WordPress, so I get to be involved in both the creative and production sides of the process. I have a lot of creative freedom to come up with visuals that fit each article, which keeps the work interesting and rewarding. The workflow is smooth, projects are well organized, and expectations are usually clear from the start. The team is easy to work with, communication is straightforward, and everyone is generally willing to help when needed. I also appreciate the level of trust that's given to employees. There's no micromanagement, which makes it easier to focus on doing good work and managing responsibilities independently.

Cons

The workload can vary depending on the publishing schedule, so some weeks are naturally busier than others. When a lot of content is being published at once, timelines can feel a little tighter and priorities may shift more frequently. That said, those busier periods are usually manageable and part of the normal workflow. Other than occasional workload fluctuations, I haven't run into any major issues.

Pros

Some of the people I worked with day to day were actually solid.

Cons

- The entire place is weighed down by people who were promoted simply because they stayed the longest, not because they actually know how to lead or manage a team. - Decision-making feels reactive and disorganized instead of guided by real leadership or planning. - The people in charge do not seem to understand what a team needs to function or succeed, yet they are responsible for directing everything. - There is constant talk about growth, but leadership roles are often filled by individuals with little to no experience in developing or managing people. - The same ineffective leadership patterns keep repeating, leading to little to no real improvement over time. - There is no meaningful accountability once someone is promoted, as feedback is often ignored or blocked. - Problems continue to stack up because issues are not addressed, only left unresolved. - The gap between what the team could achieve and what actually happens is heavily driven by a weak leadership structure.

Pros

This video production platform provides a complete suite of collaborative solutions for every step of the video production process.

Cons

The leadership is too arrogant and mean to care for employees. These awful people pay writers too little and expect them to produce content like a factory. It was ridiculous. Please don't join if you love your craft and deserve respect. Avoid!!
