      - insufficient snacks leading to weight loss and healthy lifestyle

      Cons

      - Low EQ intelligence and emotional top management - HR (S.W) practices favouritism among employees and frequently challenge staffs - Strong micromanagement from direct superior - No SOP with many grey areas - Frequent last minute planning and announcement regarding important company events (stocktake, team building) Compulsory to attend with no acceptance of any reasoning. - Strong gossip environment - No wfh benefit - No transparency among employeed

      The colleagues are very friendly. Family feel. Nice office & environment. Easy to access. Unlimited coffee and a lots of snack in pantry.

      Cons

      Work. Many work. A lot of work. As the company growth fast, the workload is consider high. You will have to work smart to resolve the problem in the limited given time.
