      Encourage upskilling. Ample learning opportunities for those who are interested to learn. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

      Cons

      I struggled a bit in the beginning but after formal training session I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

      Pros

      Very good place for Engg. to learn and get growth. Timely Promotion if employee performed well and increments rang is higher then other competitor. Good Company, Free Transportation If you are tagged in a good project with good senior leadership you'll enjoy working. Free politics training & Company provide good health benefits.

      Cons

      No downsides as such only Training tool can be improve. apart from this Sunmax Auto always given great support to Employee ,leadership and team.
