      Given trust/ownership over work and not micromanaged Work is high impact and feels important No unnecessary meetings/work, zero fluff environment

      Cons

      Very poor culture, coworkers regularly spoke about how they managed mental health since starting their roles. Had a very "us vs them" vibe with coworkers vs higher ups who were very cold. Days can regularly extend to 11 hours plus weekend work. Extremely high churn, saw three new hires quit within first 6 months. Role was very different than job description likely contributing to churn. Compensation was non-competitive for level of work.

      Lack of flexibility to take PTO (if not in Dallas) Lack of consistency, feels like we are three separate companies (ET, Sunoco, NuStar???)
