Pros

Cool people to work with. Flexible schedule.

Cons

THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU OUT WHEN YOU LEAVE EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE LEGALLY REQUIRED TO DO SO SINCE YOU ARE A W2 EMPLOYEE. They consistently lied to employees. They say that they do all installs in house. BS, half of the jobs installed used sub contractors. They say that they are not a sales and marketing company anymore because they aligned themselves with Nexus Energy. BS, Nexus is a completely separate entity and does installs for multiple companies. They were secretly taking money from the employee's paychecks for "finance fees" without letting anyone know. The executives are shady and try to cut corners at every chance they get whether its screwing over the employees or the homeowners. Operations are also horrible, no good communication. I think a Gorilla could've done a better job. If you're considering Sunternal run for the hills. This company does not care about you or the homeowners. All they want is money, money, money. Very greedy and super high redlines for what they offer. Why is there redline so high? Well because they use subcontractors. Their warranties are supposed to be industry leading but with a quick search you can find companies who match.

Pros

The team I had in Orlando was great

Cons

Management in California is terrible. Shut the Orlando location down without notice or warning. Have not been paid any owed commissions in over a year of signing the deals and getting them installed. Never paid.

Pros

The earning potential in the salesforce has a very high ceiling. You have a flexible schedule and can find time to get personal stuff done rather easily. There's a ton of room for vertical and lateral movement within the company. Great leadership: owners are very hands on and easy to communicate with. The company has grown immensely in my short tenure here and has plans for more growth at an even larger more aggressive scale.

Cons

Sometimes has a start-uppy feel in the sense that some operational stuff isn't fully fleshed out. This company is not for those who aren't self-motivated to work.
