      Pros

      Very Diverse. Love that about the company. Strong functions , leadership willing to listen and learn and always ready to invest in employees. Generally, good teammates who are around your age.

      Cons

      There is no substitute for furthering your career, but incoming hires should proactively take care to maintain work/life balance and save your energy for busy periods.

      Pros

      SRs environment was very professional. You had to do independent work but help was always available when needed. I learnt about the regulations of the automotive research industry.

      Cons

      Can be tough working for different locations and different time zones especially in the world of covid.

      Pros

      The communication is excellent. It seems if you excel, you can get promoted very quickly. I love how the sales people are not drilling people out of money. They would rather someone not spend at all than spend money on a campaign or product that will not perform.

      Cons

      I have really enjoyed working for this company. What isn't great is that being on contract doesn't guarantee you are permanent. I am a hard worker, top of my team and struggle with being on contract being that its hourly.
