1. Zero work, learning and self development prospect. 2. Company hires without proper manpower assessment nor planning. 3. No bonus nor salary increment. There's no top management in place in the Malaysia office. As such, there is no sense of business direction at all. Company hired without proper planning and end up, there is no projects or work for employees that they hired. Syntronic Malaysia has becomes a glorified man power supplier company. Steer clear of Syntronic Malaysia. Save your career.
