      They have flexible work hours. That's about it.

      Lack of guidance, no formal training, the manager is bird-brained and goes off on several different things at once to accomplish none.

      this is a terrible company. don't go or you will be regret.

      free housing with no internet? free pizza on Friday every TWO weeks.

      Cons

      the company trains you with 2 hours per day under a terrible instruction. after "training", they modify (exactly I should say put a false resume) representing you. They get at least $55/hour and pay you $28-30/hour for just submitting your resume to vendor. you have to lie that you have H1B and have around 6-7 years industrial experiences. because they are applying for you to senior positions. Why would you work for them if you can submit the resume by youself?
