I have been working at TAB full-time

    Pros

The people are some of the best (friendly, open, considerate, helpful, etc - all positive) to work with.

    Cons

There is a lack of upward movement within the company.
Customer facing applications do receive the attention they deserve to grow the customer base.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on the customers that drive one of the core businesses; give them more features and options.

I worked at TAB (More than a year)

    Pros

Not much; auto-deposit to my checking always worked, but that was ADP so...

    Cons

Management, products, operations, senior management, training...

    Advice to Management

Your "fraternity" is just about out of business. Stop luring un-suspecting victims in the door with promises of great sales and big dollars. Those jobs ended about 15 years ago. The management team is lost and has no idea what to do next. They are all like little squirrels now gathering their acorns for winter.

I worked at TAB (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You can earn a nice paycheck, but it isn't worth it.

    Cons

Not the ideal place to try to improve your career. Management is unprofessional and it is like the good ol boys club

I worked at TAB (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Work/life balance is good; product line is plentiful and ok which provides a lot of offerings to clients

    Cons

Very limited training; no transparency with management; difficult to get recognized and rewarded for achievements; compensation and benefits are below average

    Advice to Management

Need to reward your top producers better, have more on-going training; provide more leadership

I worked at TAB full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great attitude towards clients and doing the right thing. Great career path and opportunity for someone willing to do the work. I made friends there that are friends for life.

    Cons

Can't think of any. While some would say the transition from paper to digital has "hurt" the business, it's truly opened up lots of opportunities.

    I worked at TAB full-time

    Pros

It was super awesome working with people who had more experience in working with data analytics, I learned so much.

    Cons

It is a fast paced environment so it can be a little overwhelming.
