Pros
Met some friendly people and created some friendly bonds.
Cons
Company has a lot of issues, management, communication , support for out on the floor . In meetings they keep saying how TS will support us , but lack supporting all shifts with the same support that 1st shift gets... They asked us to leave honest reviews but then counter it with 5 star reviews with no " cons " it's really obvious.. I mean you can tell how bad the situations are getting by googling this company and finding out the current law suits.
