Pros
Good hands on experience, introduction to the desalination industry, relaxed work environment, technical drawing interpretation experience, trade skill practice/experience (welding, pipe fitting, general manufacturing)
Cons
Lazy office culture; Monday's are warm ups and Friday's are cool downs. Certain employees will wander around and talk and waste as much time as possible. Work is outside in a poorly ventilated warehouse, so it gets hot. Was hired under a certain job description and ended up being lied to and did shipping/receiving primarily, when I was told I would be primarily manufacturing.
