      Pros

      Because of name recognition and setting the standard in quality and reliability when it comes to the product they provide the sales process is a relatively easy propisition.

      Cons

      Compensation leaves something to be desired and if you aren't comfortable in a small office environment and a certain amount of micro management this might not be the company for you.

      Pros

      I joined the company with high hopes, thinking that since the company had been around for many years, I would be a great place for me to grow with the business.

      Cons

      I was hire to do sales for this company and receive no training, no support, was expected to do everything on my own and only receive criticism if I did not close deals in my first week. This company has no leadership, they go through employees every month and can't retain employees or clients.

      Pros

      This is a vision driven company, committed to making a difference in the world by combining sustainability with technology. It is the first company to introduce an environmentally conscious container system for office moving and is now following that with a vision for utilizing wireless tracking technology, cloud software and online marketing towards broadening the base of individuals and companies that utilize ecological moving practices.

      Cons

      The challenges of working at the company are energizing for those of us who share its vision and are committed to it. But the company's environment has not work out well for some of my fellow employees who do not share the company's values and commitment. They tend to get frustrated and complain about the demands put upon them, and some have left for more traditional jobs.
