      Pros

      Well this was a learning experience how to operate a magazine inspite of a few negative employees. We won out an had managemnet clean house of those duds.

      Cons

      Company tried hard to make everything work well the recession was in full bloom. So they cut salaries rather than let people go. The real negative was they kept these people who should have been kicked out sooner. They are gone and everything is AOK.
