      Talview is in a financially stable company and is being cautious like every other organization in the current market conditions. We have given an average of 75% variable pay in the last quarter. Talview has Candor as a core value in 5Cs. Talview will walk every step possible to resolve as many issues as possible for its employees. While we take pride in taking care of the employees as one team, we will seriously act on any baseless reviews such as this one which is backed by no evidence with appropriate legal actions.

We have given an average of 75% variable pay in the last quarter. We have created multiple avenues to ensure communication cascade is done in a methodical manner and not left to ambiguity.
