Pros
Dedicated team that is committed to serving the needs of their Professional Drivers, valued customers and each other. The facilities are well maintained and the people are friendly and helpful.
Cons
Driver turnover challenges the entire industry and at times can negatively impact safety and service. Tandem's retention rates are better than most but there's always room to improve. Quality of life is important and getting Drivers home weekly to spend quality time with family is paramount.
