Business Outlook
Pros
Small company vibe, low bureaucracy, friendly atmosphere, and good communication from senior leadership with a clear sense of direction for the company. Very flexible with remote working. Opportunities to meet in person with everyone eg at the company Christmas party and summer offsite events, which are fun.
Cons
Might not be best placed for you if you like corporate ways of working eg titles (like associate, VP, etc). If you want to interact with colleagues face to face, there are opportunities to do that, but a lot will stay remote as much as they can.
