I worked at Taylor Rental part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Fast paced, physical job, working with other people, socializing with the customer, down time in the truck between job locations

    Cons

Long work hours. Some nights we were there until 2am, and had to be back to work the following morning at 7am

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees more, be more understanding of how demanding the work is when combined with the extremely long hours

    Pros

The people that work there are really friendly and the company has a real good working environment. The owners were like family to me

    Cons

As a technician for the company I had to use my personal vehicle a lot for job purposes did get reimbursed for the mileage but was hard on a older vehicle

    Advice to Management

I feel that more attention should have been focused on the maintenance part of the company so there would not have been so many repairs made daily, but I'm sure they had there reasons for managing that way

I worked at Taylor Rental full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

None. Pay stinks nothing but hard work. Company should be sued. Breaks every OSHA rule. Unbelievable what I witnessed total lack of concern for employees safety. They over scheduled employees & U had to skip Ur lunch. No breaks most times no lunch..

    Cons

Everything dangerous had us working trenchal down pours pushing hundreds of pounds up truck ramps that where so slippery U cld break a leg arm .. Owners also screw U out of time worked. Eish OSHA wld send someone to work there they be fined & shut down.

    Pros

co-workers are great. Get to see some cool events.

    Cons

owners don't know the business. turnover rate is huge. would drop too much work on employees and caused upset employees. No benefits. Very minimal positions to advance to.

    Advice to Management

    find a new job.

I have been working at Taylor Rental part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Every day was a new experience. One day you might be setting up huge 80-foot tents. The next day you might be cleaning equipment. The next day you could be delivering chairs 3 towns over. You really learn how to work as a team.

    Cons

Hours are all dependent on how big the project that day is. The work can be very physical and so you need to make sure you are in good shape.

    Advice to Management

    More structured work hours
