    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Technion full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

To be a student at the thechion means you have freedom to choose whatever you want and to do it whenever you want. Overall it is a very good experience!

    Cons

The salaries are low. At the biology faculty it is really low. The inrteactions with the industry is bad. But over all, as I said before it is good!

    Advice to Management

You should consider the employers better. There should be more exposure to insustry and all of that. Working on your own is amazing!

If you're not a citizen of Israel you get much more then the Israelis postdocs

In general, If you're citizen of Israel you get nothing, your not a student and not a stuff, no one know how to deal with you. Need to force information from admins

    Advice to Management

Treat your postdocs as its they your future not a cheap laborer worker that by definition are temporary

I have been working at Technion full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You have to add to this the university fees and makes it a good deal
    A lot of Holidays
    Advisors are great
The campus is one of the best I have seen so far

    Cons

Israel is way too expensive, but I wouldn't call it negative from the employer, negative about the city is that there is a lot to improve and is a small city with not so many things to do
