      Pros

      TS has a great atmosphere. People really care about the company and like their jobs. The owner is a fun, positive guy who loves what he does and that rubs off on everyone. The products are really cool and competitive within the industry. We all love hearing about the new cool product from one of our customers who we have supported through the design process. There is good growth which represents job security and offers up potential for advancement.

      Cons

      There is more enthusiasm than structure and sometimes it would be nice to have a little more organization. But, all in all, I would prefer the current culture to the typical micro-managers that my friends work for.

      Pros

      I love working here, the atmosphere is beyond awesome. What makes it such a great place to work is their consideration of their employee's lives, they give us amazing benefits as well as I have yet to hear of any problems for taking off time for almost anything. They are extremely flexible and forgiving which is great! This company does great, the products are really innovative and cool, the engineers are overflowing with knowledge and they are more than willing to share and help you learn to grow yourself as well as the company. They host several events through the year from tubing trips, to Christmas parties, to random catered lunches. Best company I have worked for, PERIOD.

      Cons

      The only con that I can say is that the communication and structure is pretty laid back, it needs some improvement but with that comes a hit to the company atmosphere. I think they do well with keeping a good balance though, Id much rather this con than having a "micro managing trying to hit numbers" type of atmosphere.
