Work culture of the organization is quite adaptive and open. Best part is that employees have space and opportunities to take decisions and incorporate innovations while working on projects and assignments. Management listens to employee concerns and suggestions and takes action in majority of cases. Above all, the company offers numerous opportunities to learn and inculcate leadership skills while working on range of projects and tools.
Cons
Not many cons...Management is strict on project timelines and expects high level of seriousness from the employees on their work and tasks. However, this comes as a positive for employees as they become more responsible, time-efficient, and hard-working in the long run.
