Management was lacking and aggressive.
Promoted people into management positions without the proper training on how to lead and that caused friction with team and a lot micromanagement.
They are complied with the payments, they do not make discounts, they deliver a computer to work.
Cons
They don't pay overtime, they don't respect time off or vacation time/honey moon. There is no final settlement upon retirement. From eight years, I only received 2 bonuses per year.
